Woody took Best in Breed and went on to win Best In Show at Wellington CS 2008. His write up in dog world describes him as being "shown in lovely muscular condition and very unexaggerated. Good head with a long, nicely arched neck and well laid shoulders. Good depth of brisket and defined tuck up. Broad, well muscled hindquaters. Moved soundly with some power whist retaining his attractive outline. Fine coat and skin."
